FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about “Bridge to the Future” as a team event.
Isn’t the format too playful for our team?
At first glance, the chain reaction may seem playful — and that is exactly its strength. Topics such as communication, interfaces, coordination, and collaborative problem-solving are not discussed theoretically but made directly tangible through shared experience. Especially in corporate settings, this creates an accessible and highly engaging approach to teamwork that encourages participation and creates lasting shared experiences.
Is technical knowledge required?
No. No technical background is required to participate. What matters are creativity, communication, and the willingness to develop solutions together. The mix of different ways of thinking and approaches is part of what makes this format so engaging.
Is the format suitable for large groups?
Yes. The chain reaction works equally well for small teams and large groups of 300+ participants. By dividing the challenge into multiple construction sections, the experience remains structured, interactive, and engaging even for large numbers of participants.
What kind of spaces are suitable?
The format can be delivered in seminar rooms, foyers, halls, event spaces, restaurants, production halls, or similar venues. The key requirements are sufficient space and suitable table surfaces for the different construction sections. Outdoor delivery is also possible in sheltered conditions.
How much space is required?
As a guideline, we recommend approximately 2–3 square meters per person, depending on group size and event design. We are happy to review whether your venue is suitable.
How long does the event last?
The event typically lasts 2.5 to 3 hours. Duration can be adjusted depending on your goals, group size, and desired intensity. The format works equally well as a short program item or as a more in-depth team development module.
What materials are used?
We provide a wide range of creative and reusable materials, including marble run elements, tubes, cardboard, connectors, fans, mousetraps, helium balloons, and many other components for surprising mechanisms. The photos provide a good impression of the possibilities.
Is the event physically demanding?
Physical exertion is low to moderate. Some building tasks involve bending or working close to the floor. Overall, the format is suitable for a wide variety of participant groups.
Can the event include a reflection session?
Yes, and this is often particularly valuable. Topics such as communication, collaboration, interfaces, and change processes can be directly linked to the shared experience. Upon request, we add a facilitated reflection session with transfer into everyday work situations.
Is photo or video documentation available?
Yes. Upon request, photos or short videos can be created. These work particularly well for closing events, internal communication, or as a shared memory of the experience.
Can the event be delivered in English?
Yes. The format can be facilitated in both German and English.
Who are your clients?
